Welcome to Westchester Real Estate Information! This site is about you. My name is John M. Crane and I am both a NYS licensed attorney and a licensed Realtor. This site is here to provide you with free, valuable information about the real estate market in general, as well as about the current market conditions in Westchester, the Bronx, and New York City. This site is also designed to educate individuals in trouble. Loan modifications, short sales, foreclosure, foreclosure defense, and bankruptcy are just a few of the topics those in the real estate industry throw around. Unfortunately, most in the industry probably could not tell you the steps to a foreclosure, how to avoid foreclosure, when a short sale is the right decision, when bankruptcy is right for you…and when it will ruin your life, or more importantly, how you can use some or all of these in a combination to protect yourself and prevent being thrown on the street.
Because this site is all about information, you will never receive a telephone call from anyone trying to sell you anything! In fact, I will never contact you. I created this site solely because everyday I see so many people suffering and this is my attempt at getting the truth out there so that people do not fall victim to the scam artists that are running around robbing what little so many have left.
