HARRISON, N.Y. – September 22, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Medicsight PLC, a leading developer of computer-aided detection (C.A.D.) and image analysis software for the medical imaging market, has signed a new lease at 500 Mamaroneck Avenue in Harrison, N.Y., according to Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of Malkin Properties, the building’s marketing and managing agent.
The tenant has already taken occupancy of its 2,791-square-foot offices on the second floor.

Headquartered in the United Kingdom, Medicsight develops software that automatically highlights suspicious areas on computerized tomography (CT) scans of the colon and lung, helping radiologists to identify, measure, and analyze potential disease and early indicators of disease. The company’s C.A.D. software was developed using a large and population-diverse database of verified patient CT scan data.
